Terms of service

Plotix is a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates public French real-estate datasets and computes zone-level Opportunity and Risk scores based on a calibrated statistical model. The output is informational and analytical — it is not investment advice, a property valuation, a credit-rating service, nor a regulated financial recommendation under MiFID II or French Code monétaire et financier.

New accounts receive a 15-day free trial of the Team plan with no payment method required. At the end of the trial, accounts that have not subscribed are automatically downgraded to read-only access and deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence selected (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refund.

Pricing displayed at plotix.fr/pricing is in euros and excludes French VAT (20%), which is added at checkout for French and EU non-business customers.

We provide access to the dashboard, zone scores, signal breakdowns, watchlist, alerts, and PDF export within the limits of your plan. Score methodology, validation results and known limits are documented at plotix.fr/methodology and update over time as the model evolves.

We do not guarantee that any zone will appreciate, that any signal will materialise, or that historical analogs will repeat. Past performance of a zone or of the model is not predictive of future returns. You retain full responsibility for any investment decision you make.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, white-label or redistribute the platform or any substantial portion of its data without a written agreement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract the maps, scores or zone details outside the documented API rate limits.
• Use the service to identify, profile, or target individual persons.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including circumventing French commercial real-estate disclosure rules.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the underlying model weights.

Violation may result in immediate suspension. We will notify you of the violation and give a reasonable cure period unless the violation is wilful or repeated.

The underlying source datasets are public and licensed under Licence Ouverte 2.0 by their respective French government publishers. The model, scoring algorithm, code, UI, design and aggregated derived data are the exclusive property of Plotix. A subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right of use limited to the subscribed seat count.

The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by French consumer law. We exclude liability for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, and lost data, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms is capped at the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

You may terminate at any time from your account settings. We may terminate with 30 days notice, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused period, or immediately in case of material breach or non-payment.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is, after a good-faith negotiation attempt, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France — except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant a different jurisdiction.

Material changes to these terms are notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
